½ c. butter
½ c. sugar
½ c. brown sugar
1 egg
½ c. peanut butter
½ t. vanilla c. semiswe
1 c. flour
1 c. oats
½ t. baking soda
¼ t. salt
¼ c. each, milk and butter
1 c. sugar
½ c. semi-sweet choc. chips
½ c. mini marshmallows
1 t. vanilla

Directions:

Cream butter, sugars, egg, pb and vanilla. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Spread into lightly greased 9 x 13 pan and bake at 350º for 12-15 min. or til light brown. Cool for 1/2 hr. and while you are waiting, make the frosting. In a small saucepan mix the milk, butter and sugar. Bring to a boil and stir for 1 min. then remove from heat. Stir in the chocolate chips, marshmallows and the vanilla. Stir til all is dissolved and then quickly pour over bars, it sets up quickly! Let cool completely and cut into bars. In the meantime, you will want to clean out the pan you made the frosting in with a spoon. It is irresistable!
