1-8 oz. pkg. Linguine noodles
2-3 Garlic cloves, minced
5 Tbsp. Butter
1/4 C. Olive oil
1 Tbsp. Flour
2-6.5 cans Minced Clams (reserve juice)
1 Cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1/4 Cup fresh or dried Parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Cook linguine noodles according to pkg. instructions. Meanwhile, in a skillet, saute' garlic in butter and oil until golden. Remove from heat and stir in flour until blended. Drain clams, reserving juice. Set clams aside. Gradually add juice to skillet. Bring to a boil and stir for 2 min. or until thick. Reduce heat. Stir in clams, cheese and parsley. Cook until cheese is melted and sauce has thickened. Drain noodles; top with clam sauce.
