1 can condensed milk
1T butter
3T cocoa
Chocolate sprinkles or powdered sugar for garnish
Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter with milk over low heat. Stir in cocoa. Stir constantly. Cook until thickens. Let cool. Put oil or butter in hands and roll chocolate mixture into balls. Decorate with chocolate sprinkles or powdered sugar.
