1 stick butter
1 cup light Karo
1 cup sugar
3 large eggs, beaten
½ tsp lemon juice
1t vanilla
1 dash salt
1 cup pecans (whole or chopped)
8 or 9 inch unbaked pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Brown butter until it is golden. Let cool. Mix other ingredients in a different bowl. Blend in browned butter. Pour into the pie shell and bake at 425º for 10mins. Lower temperature to 375º for 40 mins. If pecans brown too quickly, cover with a loose piece of aluminum foil.
