¾© sugar
½ tsp. cinnamon
4 eggs
2 cups bread cubes
(3-4 slices w/o crust white bread)
1 13¼ oz. crushed pineapple, drained

Directions:
Directions:
Beat butter, sugar, and cinnamon on medium speed for 1 minute.

Add eggs, beat until fluffy, 2 minutes.

Fold in pineapple and bread.

Bake in buttered casserole dish @325 degrees 40 to 45 minutes until brown.
