1 pkg. of brownie mix (9 x 13 pan size)
2 c heavy cream
1 (3.3 oz.) box instant white chocolate pudding mix
1 21 oz. can raspberry pie filling

Directions:
Directions:
Bake the brownies in a 9 x 13 inch pan according to package directions and cool for an hour.

Combine 1 cup cream and pudding mix in a small bowl and stir for 2 - 3 minutes or until the mixture is very thick. In another bowl beat the remaining cup of cream until it forms stiff peaks.
Fold the whipped cream into the pudding mixture and carefully spread over the cooled brownies.
Top with the pie filling and cover and refrigerate for 2 - 3 hours before serving.
