Crumb Crust
1 can condensed milk
1/3 cup lemon juice
3 Tablespoons Lemon Zest
4 egg whites
1/4 Teaspoon ream of Tarter
4 Tablespoons Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl combine the Condensed Mile, lemon juice, and lemon zest

In small bowl, beat egg whites and cream of tarter unil stiff but not dry. Add the sugar 1 Tablespoon at a time.

Pour lemon mixture into the pie crust and top with beaten egg whites.

Bake in 350 degree oven for 15 minutes to set the egg whites.

Refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
