1 14 oz can Artichokše Hearts
2 10 oz packages of frozen spinach
8 oz soft cream cheese
3 Tablespoons Butter (melted)
3/4 Cup Half and Half
1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese
.2 Tablespoons Romano Cheese
1 small onion finely diced or grated
1 Teaspoon Saltš
1/2 teaspoon Red Pepper
1/2 teaspoon black pepperš

Directions:

Boil the frozen spinach for 10 minutes, drain well, squeezing as much water out as possible and finely chop
In a separate dish, drain and mash artichoke hearts. Mix together cream cheese, milk, melted butter, cheeses and blend well until mixture is creamy. Add onions to the spinach and artichokes and blend well. Blend with the cheese mixture and add salt and peppers.

Put in a casserole dish and sprinkle top lightly with additional Parmesan cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven fo 30 minutes.
