1 Loaf French Bread
1 Quart Milk
3 Eggs
2 Cups Sugar
2 Tablespoons Vanilla
1 Cup Raisins
3 Tablespoons melted butter

1 Stick Butter
1 Cup Sugar
1 Egg
Whiskey to Taste

Directions:
Directions:
Soak the bread in milk, rush with hands till well mixed, then add eggs, sugar, vanilla and raisins.Stir well. Pour melted butter into bottom of a thick pan 9 x 13. Pour bread mixture into pan and bake till very firm. Let cool, then cube pudding and put in individual heat resistant dessert dishes. When ready to serve, add sauce and heat under broiler.

Sauce

Cream sugar and eggs until well blended. Add melted butter to continue to dissolve. Add whiskey to taste which will make sauce creamy smooth.
