4 slices of bacon
½ C. chopped onion
2 16 ounce cans of pork and beans
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. ketchup
1 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. yellow mustard (not ground)

Directions:
Cook the bacon until crisp. Remove the bacon, drain and crumble, reserving about 3 Tbsp. of the fat. Cook the onion in the bacon drippings until tender. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Pour into a 1 ½ quart casserole . Bake uncovered in a 350 oven for 1½ to 1¾ hours. Stir and top with bacon. Let it stand for a few minutes before serving.

This can also be done in the crock pot, although, I think it tastes better when done in the oven.
