2 packages Cresent Rolls
2 large Granny Smith apples, cored and sliced into ⅛
or 1 pkg sweet potato/yam patties cut in half
2 c Apple Juice
1 ½ sticks butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
1 T corn starch
1 t vanilla
Cinnamon to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Roll each apple slice (or ½ yam patty) in cresent roll. Place in baking dish. In a boiler, bring to boil, juice, butter, sugars, vanilla and starch. Then pour over dumplings. Cook for 45 minutes at 350º until bubbly and slightly browned. Sprinkle with cinnamon, if desired.
