1 Chicken boiled, deboned
1-8oz sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Salt and pepper to taste
Poppy seeds
1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
1 stick butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Mix chicken , sour cream, soups, salt, pepper and poppy seeds in bowl & pour into casserole dish. In separate bowl, combine melted butter, Ritz Crackers and poppy seeds. Sprinkle cracker mixture over chicken. Bake at 350º until bubbly and slightly browned. Serve over rice. (I cook my rice in the chicken stock instead of water).
