1c rice, uncooked
Salt and White pepper
¼ stick butter
1 (4oz) can green chilies, chopped
2c sour cream
½ lb Monterey Jack cheese, sliced
½ c Sharp cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice according to directions. Season with salt, pepper and butter. Set aside. Combine sour cream and chilies (do not drain chilies). In a 1 ½ quart buttered casserole dish, alternate layers of rice, sour cream mixture, and Monterey Jack cheese slices; salt and pepper each layer. Repeat layers and top with grated sharp cheese. Bake at 350º for 30 mins.
