1 dozen ears of corn
1/3 c bacon grease
1/4 c butter
1 1/2 T flour
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Shuck, silk and cut corn off cobs. Place bacon fat in iron skillet and have it heated; add corn and a small amount of water. Cook on low heat until corn thickens. Add butter, flour, milk, salt and pepper. Continue to cook about 30 mins. This takes continuous stirring and may require additional cooking time.
