1 lb hot ground sausage
3c Bisquick
8 oz sharp cheese, grated

Mix all ingredients by hand. Roll into small balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350º for 15 mins. These may be baked then frozen. Will keep well over a week.
