20 double Graham wafers crushed
1½ cups icing sugar
¼ cup butter
2 eggs
½ pint whipping cream
2 tbsp. icing sugar
½ cup crushed pineapple

Directions:
Directions:
Spread half of the crushed wafers on a 9" x 9" square metal sheet. Beat together the icing sugar, butter and eggs until blended. Spread this on the Graham wafers. Beat the whipping cream and add the icing sugar. Then fold in the crushed pineapple. Spread over filling. Sprinkle top with remaining crushed Graham wafers. Place in refrigerator and allow to set.
