Meat Bites
1.5 lbs ground venison
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tbsps worcestershire sauce
2 eggs beaten
1 cup bread crumbs

Combine ketchup brown sugar and worcestershire sauce.
Combine remaining ingredients and mix well. Fill in muffin tins, bake 20 mins at 350.

Sauce
1 cup water
1/4 cup soy sauce
2.5 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp buckwheat honey
1 tsp ground ginger
1/2 garlic powder
2 tablespoon corn starch mixed with 1/4 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Combine 1 cup water soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, ginger, and garlic powder in a sauce pan over medium heat. Cook until nearly heated through and add cornstarch and water mixture until dissolved. Boil until thickened about 5 minutes.
