1 box white or yellow cake mix
1 box (4 serving size) instant coconut creme pudding
4 eggs
1/2 c. water
1/3 c. light or dark rum or can sub. 2 tsp. rum extract and water
1/4 c. oil
1 c. flaked coconut

Frosting:
1 8oz can crushed pineapple and it's juice
1 box (4 serving size) instant coconut cream pudding
1/3 c. rum
1/2 c. coconut
9 oz container cool whip
Beat all together.

Cake:
Blend all except coconut in lg. mixing bowl. Beat 4 min at med. speed. Pour into 2 greased and floured 9 in. layer cake pans. Bake 25-30 min at 350 or til top springs back when touched. Cool in pans 15 min. Remove, finish cooling on wire racks. Fill and frost with Pina Colada frosting. Sprinkle with coconut or chopped nuts.
