Bell peppers
Garlic
Ginger
Onion
Mushrooms
Carrots
Zucchini
Kale
Shrimp
Cornstarch
Soy sauce
Ketchup
Water
Honey
Tahini
Red pepper flakes
Garam Masala
Turmeric

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a wok saute garlic, ginger and onion.
2. Add turmeric & garam masala, stir until fragrant.
3. Add kale, carrot sticks, zucchini, bell peppers & stir-fry until they start getting soft.
4. In a bowl mix soy sauce, a bit of ketchup or tomato sauce, water, honey, tahini paste and red pepper flakes. Add shrimp & mix to coat. Add the shrimp & sauce to the stir-fry & keep mixing.
5. Add baby corn, water chestnuts & mushroom. Stir to coat evenly.
6. Once the shrimp is cooked, remove from heat.

Serve with rice, rice noodles or egg noodles.
