Pig head, heart, tongue and feet.

8-10 onions
sugar
raisins
salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pigs head, heart, tongue and feet. Remove bones and grind meat. Cook liver which should be half of the meat of the head. Grind. 8-10 onions, grind. Mix half head and half liver mixture in a big pan. Add sugar, raisins and salt to suit your taste and stick together. Bake in pans at 300º-350º for 30-60 minutes. Don't overfill.
