Directions:
Catch blood from the pig. Must have ice cubes in the blood immediately and must stir so it doesn't clot. Cook pork head, tongue, heart, and feet. Cool. Remove bones and grind meat. Break bread in pieces and soak in meat juice overnight. Put in a big bag and mix head meat, some meat juice and blood to make it stick well. Add cloves, cinnamon, sugar, flour and salt. Fry. Taste. Put in bread pans and bake around 300º-350º, uncovered for 30-60 minutes until done. No longer red. Don't overfill.
