6 pork chops
2 to 3 potatoes, pared and sliced
2 cups sauerkraut (drained)
salt and pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Place potatoes in the bottom of a greased casserole dish and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Add drained sauerkraut and top with pork chops. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and 1/3 cup of water.
Bake covered for 1 hour or until done. Uncover the last 15 minutes to brown chops.
