Crust:

1 1/4 cup flour
1 teas. lemon peel
2 Tbsp. powdered sugar
1 stick butter

Cheese cake:

4 - 8 oz. cream cheese
1 1/4 cup sugar
10 oz. white chocolate chips
2 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. whipping cream
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 teas. lemon peel
2 teas. vanilla flavoring
4 eggs, beaten

Crust:

Cheesecake:

Melt white chocolate. Mix all ingredients well until smooth. Pour over crust and *bake for 65 minutes at 325º.

*Place springform pan in a larger pan that has water in it prior baking,
