2 cups fresh bread crumbs
1/2 cups milk
(Mix bread crumbs and milk together and let stand)

1 onion finely chopped
1/4 cup butter
3 eggs beaten
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 tsp. paprika
2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp mustard
1.5 pounds ground chuck
1 tsp. mixed herbs

Sauce:
1 clove garlic minces
2 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet
2 tsp. tomatoe paste
1/4 cup flour
2 cups beef bouillon
8 oz. Sour Cream

Directions:
Directions:
Cook onion in 1 TBS. butter over medium heat until tender but not brown.

Squeeze as much milk at possible and combine with the rest of the ingredients (except sauce ingredients)

Shape into meatballs and brown or bake.

Cook garlic in meat drippings for 1 minute and add rest of sauce ingredients except for sour cream.

Cook until thickened and add sour cream and browned meat balls
