1/2 cup lukewarm water
1 tbsp yeast
1/2 cup water
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp honey
1/2 tsp salt
3 cups all-purpose flour

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix 1/2 cup lukewarm water and yeast together in a bowl. Let stand until yeast softens and begins to form a creamy foam, about 5 minutes.
2. Combine other 1/2 cup water, olive oil, honey, and salt in a separate bowl.
3. Add 1 cup flour and mix well.
4. Mix yeast mixture into flour mixture.
5. Add remaining flour, 1 cup at a time, until dough is well combined.
6. Knead dough until it is soft, smooth, and elastic.
7. Place dough in a large bowl covered in olive oil. Roll dough in oil until it is all covered.
8. Let rise for 45-60 minutes.
9. Punch dough and separate into desired portions.

To make the very best pizza, use a pizza stone! Place the stone in the oven and broil for at least 20 minutes. Change temperature to 425 degrees and cook 5 minutes until cheese is melted. Then broil for another 1-2 minutes to get the perfect pizza. Make sure to broil the stone for 5 minutes between each pizza (or while making the next pizza).
