2 lbs. hamburger
½ cup onion, chopped
1 cup sour cream
1 can green chilies
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 (10 oz.) cans enchilada sauce
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
6-inch soft taco shells

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger and chopped onion; drain. In a big mixing bowl, put onion hamburger mixture. Add sour cream, cream of mushroom soup, enchilada sauce and green chilies. Mix together. Save part of the sauce to put over top of enchiladas. Put beef mixture in taco shell with some cheese, roll and lay in 9x13-inch greased pan. Do this until pan is full. Spread saved sauce over the top of rolled shells. Sprinkle with cheese.

Bake at 350º covered for about 25-30 minutes.
