Perdue thin sliced chicken breasts
1 Egg
Flour
Italian Seasoning
Paul Newman's Marinara Sauce
Mozzarella Cheese
Parsley Flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Dip the chicken breast into a bowl with one egg in it. Then dip in a bowl of Italian Seasoning and then into a glass Pyrex baking dish (spray with cooking spray). Bake at 390 for 18 minutes. Take the chicken out and pour some marinara sauce over the chicken - smooth it over and then put the mozzarella cheese over the chicken. Put some parsley flakes over it to make it pretty. Put it back in the oven for 8 minutes.
