1/2 medium beet (roasted beet blends better; if raw, chop small before blending).
•1/4 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen.
•1 cup unsweetened almond milk or other nut milk.
•1 handful of greens, such as kale and/or spinach (approximately 2 cups).
•10 macadamia nuts.
•1 inch piece of peeled fresh ginger, diced.
•2 tablespoons MCT oil or coconut oil.
•5-10 drops liquid stevia, or to taste (optional).
•2/3 cups crushed ice.

1. Blend the beet, blueberries, almond milk, greens, macadamias, ginger, oil, and stevia in a high- powered blender. You might need to run a second cycle if you are using raw beet or if the macadamias aren’t fully blended.2. Add the ice and blend until smooth.
