Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 cups of crushed large pretzels
1/4 cup of sugar
3/4 cup of butter, melted
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup of sugar
1 1/2 cups of cool whip
2 cups of pineapple juice
1 package (6 ounces) strawberry jello
2 packages (10 ounces each) frozen sliced strawberries, thawed

Directions:
Directions:
Mix and press pretzels, sugar, and butter into 13x9 inch baking dish.

Blend cream cheese, and sugar. Fold in the cool whip and set aside.

Heat pineapple juice; add jello and stir until dissolved. Pour into large bowl and add the frozen thawed strawberries. I usually add some extra fresh whole strawberries in season or frozen whole strawberries.

Refrigerate until partially congealed. Spread over the cream cheese mixture and refrigerate until set.

It is important to make the day before you serve it because it takes pineapple juice and jello longer to congeal.
