1 lb ground beef
½ tsp salt
⅛ tsp pepper
1 egg, well beaten
¾ cup minute rice (uncooked)
1 medium cabbage, cut around, core and simmer until tender

SAUCE
1 chopped onion, softened in microwave
1 can tomato soup
1 cup water
1 tsp minced parlsey
½ cup chopped celery
1 tsp sugar
juice of lemon
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Place 2-3 tbsp of mixture on each leaf and roll tightly tucking in ends. Cup up remainder cabbage, put in bottom of pan or crock pot. Place cabbage rolls on top. Cover and pour sauce over them. Simmer 1½ hours on stove - Crock pot on low 7-9 hours.
