1 pkg beef Rice-a-roni (separate seasoning packet)
1 lb ground beef
1 egg, beaten

3 cups hot water

Directions:
Directions:
Combine and shape into meatballs. Brown on all sides in skillet.

Combine seasoning packet with 3 cups hot water. Pour over meatballs. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Thicken gravy.
