1 c. Wheat Bran
11/2 c. Whole Wheat Flour
1/2 c. Golden Raisins
1 tsp. Baking Powder
1 c. Buttermilk
1/2 c. Molasses
3/4 c. Applesauce
1/4 c. Chopped Nuts
2 tbsp. Canola Oil
2 Eggs, Beaten

Preheat oven to 400º

Combine wheat bran, flour, baking soda and powder. Stir in raisins and nuts

In a separate bowl, blend applesauce, milk, molasses, oil and eggs. Add to dry ingredients and gently stir just until moistened.

Scoop into greased muffin tin and bake for 15-20 minutes
