¾ cups oil
1 garlic clove, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 cup prosciutto (Italian ham) or cooked ham, chopped
2 small chickens (cut into serving pieces)
1, 28 oz. can diced tomatoes
1 tsp. each marjoram, salt, pepper
3 green peppers, cut intro strips, lengthwise

Directions:
Directions:
Saute garlic, onion and ham in oil; cook until brown. Add chicken, brown until just golden. Add next 4 ingredients and cook slowly for 30 minutes. Cook green peppers until tender. Add to chicken and sauce before serving.
