Main ingredients:

1 cup brown rice
1 cup wild rice
1 tablespoon onion soup mix
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
4 cups boiling water

Crumb topping:

1/2 cup Seasoned Bread Crumbs
1/4 cup oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare the Rice:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Place all ingredients in a 9- x 13-inch baking pan.

Mix and cover tightly. Bake for one hour and 15 minutes.

Prepare the Crumbs:
Mix crumb topping ingredients in a small bowl.

Spread in a baking pan.

After the rice is done, raise oven heat to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and bake crumbs for about 20 minutes until golden. Add to rice before serving.
