3 heaping T flour
4 T oil
1¼ to 1½ c. milk
1 small can tuna, drained
salt & pepper to taste
4 pieces toast

Directions:
Directions:
Lightly brown flour in oil. Add milk, stir till thickened. Add tuna. Salt & pepper, to taste. This is enough for 4 pieces of toast. If desired, velveeta cheese may be added.
