Ingredients:  
1½ cup all-purpose flour, divided
1 pkg. active dry yeast
½ cup water
1 Tbsp. cooking oil
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ¾ cup flour and yeast. Combine water, cooking oil and salt; heat to luke warm. Add to flour mixture; beat well. Add about ¾ cup more flour to make a stiff dough; knead until smooth. Place in a greased bowl; roll over to grease surface. Cover and let rise to more than double. Punch down; let rest 10 minutes. Roll into a 12-inch circle. Place on 12-inch pizza pan. Form edge and prick crust with fork.

Bake at 450º for 13-15 minutes.
