Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3-4 lb. pork butt
1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
3/4 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
1/2 c. apple juice
1/2 t. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Place pork in a pot with a lid. Sprinkle pork heavily with Worcestershire sauce; turn it over and sprinkle other side heavily as well. Take a handful of brown sugar and rub it all over meat to form a crust, then turn meat over to coat the other side. Pour apple juice into the bottom of the pan (do not pour over the meat). Cover and place in the oven at 200º and cook for 4 hours OR place in a crockpot and cook for 8-10 hours on low. Break meat apart a little and push it down into drippings. Sprinkle with salt. (The salt cannot be omitted; it is vital to bring out meat flavors.)
