3 T. margarine
1/4 c. flour
1 c. milk
1 chicken bouillon cube
1/2 c. boiling water
1 pkg. (8 oz.) Swiss cheese, cut into strips
1/4 t. tarragon
dash cayenne
4 large chicken breasts, cooked and split
1 c. bread crumbs
3 T. margarine, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Make a white sauce out of the first three ingredients. Dissolve bouillon cube in boiling water and add to white sauce. Add Swiss cheese and spices and stir until melted. Place chicken in 10x6" baking dish and cover with sauce. Toss bread crumbs with margarine and sprinkle with cheese. Bake @ 375º for 20-25 minutes.
