2 cups brown sugar
2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 stick (½ cup) margarine

½ tsp. vanilla
1 cup milk
1 egg

¾ cup chocolate chips
¾ cup butterscotch chips
½ cup walnuts
¼ cup coconut


Directions:

Preheat oven to 350º

In large bowl, blend: brown sugar, flour, baking powder, and softened margarine with pastry blender

Set aside ¼ cup of this dry mix for topping

To mixture in large bowl, add: vanilla, milk, egg

Stir

Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch pan

Sprinkle on top: ¼ cup reserved dry mix, chips, nuts, coconut

Bake 35 minutes
