1 c. dry bread crumbs
2 t. paprika
1 t. dried thyme leaves
1 t. garlic powder
1/2 t. salt
1/2 t. freshly ground black pepper
1/4 t. ground allspice
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, cut in wedges
2 large potatoes, cut lengthwise in eighths

Preheat oven to 400º. Cover a baking sheet with aluminum foil. In a heavy-duty self-sealing plastic bag, combine crumbs and spices. Shake to combine; add the chicken and potatoes. Shake the bag to coat. Transfer chicken and potatoes to baking sheet. Lightly coat with non-stick spray. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the potatoes are tender.
