1. 5 lbs. Boneless Chicken Breast
1 can of each:
8oz. Italian tomato sauce, 14.5 oz. fire roasted tomatoes, 14.4 oz. stewed tomatoes, seasoned black beans (untrained)
Red kidney beans (drain), low sodium corn(drained)
1 Red and green pepper diced big
1 medium yellow onion diced big
1 poblano pepper remove seeds and chop small
5 cloves garlic chopped or sliced
2 T. Olive oil
at least 2 tsp of cumin / at least 1 T. of chili powder
Sour Cream (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Grill chicken enough to char. Chop chicken into big bites, sauté in olive oil with peppers onions garlic, cumin and chili powder, around five minutes. Add tomatoes, beans,and corn. Cook on low for a few hours...Serve with a little sour cream on top.
