1 chicken cooked and deboned. (Rotisserie chicken gives the pot pie a better taste )
2. ¼ cup butter
3. 2 cans cream of chicken soup
4. 1 small bag of mixed vegetables
5. ¾ can chicken broth

Topping:
1 cup self-rising flour
1 cup milk
½ cup mayonaise

Mix until smooth. Pour over casserole

Salt and pepper to taste. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and pour into casserole dish (13 by 9)
Bake 375ºF for 45 min. to 1 hour until golden brown
