1/2 cup shortening
2 cups flour
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 egg, slightly beaten
6 cups finely chopped rhubarb
1 package (3oz) strawberry jello

Directions:
Directions:
Cut in shortening, baking powder, salt, and sugar as for pie crust. Add egg and milk. Mix together and spread in bottom and a little up sides of 9x13 pan. Mixture is moist. Top with rhubarb. Sprinkle jello powder on top of rhubarb. Mix the following: 6 tablespoons butter, 1 1/2 cups sugar and 1/2 cup flour until crumbly like pie crust. Spread over top. Bake at 350 for 50 minutes.
