Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1/2 cup Grade B maple syrup
5 T. unsalted butter
2 chipotle chiles in adobo sauce
2 cloves garlic, chopped
Kosher Salt and Ground Pepper
Canola Oil (if putting on corn)

Directions:
Directions:
If you're cooking the corn, peel away the outer husks without removing them, then remove the silky ears and soak in water for an hour. Or, just completely peel them, soak them and wrap them in foil to either grill or bake later. If cooking the corn, brush them with the canola oil and then cook them.

For the sauce, combine the maple syrup, butter, chipotle chiles, garlic and season with salt and pepper. Allow to simmer over medium heat about 8 minutes. Remove from heat and puree it in a blender if you want a smoother sauce.

Cook your corn, fish or whatever else you want to put the glaze on. Brush the glaze on and serve warm.
