Crust:

2 cups crushed graham crackers
½ cup sugar
2 sticks butter


Filling:

5 eggs
3 8 ounce packages cream cheese
1 cup sugar
1½ teaspoon vanilla


Topping:

1 pint sour cream
½ cup sugar
1½ teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
CRUST - Mix butter, graham cracker crumbs and sugar. Press to the bottom and sids of a 9 x 13 inch pan. Set aside.

FILLING - Cream the cheese well. Add eggs one at a time beating well after each addition. Add sugar and vanilla, beat well. Pour into prepared crust, bake for 25 to 30 minutes in a 350º oven. Let cool

Topping - Beat together sour cream, sugar and vanilla. Spread over cheese cake and return to oven and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
