24 Boiled crabs, no seasoning (Crabs are boiled for 15 min)
Carrots
Celery
Bell Pepper
Onions
1 small jar of salad olives
¾ C vinegar
½ C oil
Pepper
Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cut carrots, onions, bell peppers, and celery into chunks. Add to a large bowl the vegetables, salad olives, cleaned crabs, vinegar, oil, salt and pepper. Stir occasionally, marinating a minimum of four hours. Overnight is better.

This is an appetizer eaten on the Nolan dock in Lakeshore, Mississippi as long as the crabs are running and someone is emptying the traps.
