5 lbs. potatoes (I usually do a bit more)
8 oz. package Philadelphia cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cook and mash potatoes. Add rest of ingredients and beat till fluffy. Pour into greased casserole. Cool. Cover with plastic wrap and put in fridge. Keeps up to 2-3 days in fridge. When ready to eat, remove from fridge, remove plastic wrap 2 hours before dinner. Bake at 350º for 30-45 minutes.
