4½ cups all-purpose flour
2 eggs
⅓ cup unsalted butter
4 tablespoons honey, warmed slightly
5 tablespoons sour cream
1½ teaspoons baking soda
⅜ cup confectioners sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

In a blender or food processor, mix together flour, eggs, butter, melted honey, sour cream, baking soda, and confctioners sugar. Blend until smooth.

Roll pastry on a floured surface. Make 4 sheets of pastry that will fit on a 10x15 inch cookie sheets.

Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
