4 cloves of garlic
2 C fresh cut tightly packed basil leaves
½ C fresh cut Italian parsley
¼ - ½ C pine nuts or walnuts
2 Tbls fresh squeezed lemon juice
¾ C Olive oil
¼ C fresh grated parmesan cheese

Directions:

In food processor blend garlic, basil, parsley, nuts and lemon juice - slowly add the ingredients in a rotational manner.
With the machine running add olive oil to make a paste (you may need to adjust the amount of olive oil slightly).
Pack into small (about ¼ cup) covered containers and top off with a little olive oil.
