Cake:
1 3/4 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt

1/2 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
3 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Topping:
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 Tbsp flour
2 Tbsp butter, softened
1/2 cup chocolate chips



Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

In separate bowl, combine butter, sugar, and vanilla. Add eggs, one at a time.

Gradually add flour mixture to butter mixture along with sour cream. Start and end with flour.

Stir in 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips. Pour into greased 13x9 baking pan.

For topping, combine brown sugar and flour. Cut in butter. Add chocolate chips. Sprinkle topping over cake.

Bake 350º 25-35 minutes. Check with toothpick.
